Terms of Use

These Terms of Use set out the rules for using the falcon-academy.com website. Please read them before using the website.

Last updated: 26 October 2026

01General provisions

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of the falcon-academy.com website (the “Website”), operated by Falcon Academy (“we”, “us”), part of the Falcon Security ecosystem.

By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Website.

Registration, courses, payments and learning take place on the separate Falcon Academy platform (account.falcon-academy.com and platform.falcon-academy.com) and are governed by the platform’s own terms of use and privacy policy. How the Website processes personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

02Purpose of the Website and permitted use

The Website provides information about Falcon Academy’s learning paths, online and offline courses, corporate training and partnership opportunities.

Descriptions of programmes on the Website are general information and do not constitute an offer, including a public offer. The scope, price and timing of training are set in separate agreements or on the platform.

You may use the Website to:

  • learn about our programmes and courses
  • send a request to join an offline course, about corporate training or partnership, or with another question
  • verify a Falcon Academy certificate
  • share links to Website pages

03Students under 18

People under 18 use the Website and Falcon Academy’s programmes with the consent and under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

For a student under 18, the course enrolment request is sent by a parent or legal guardian, or with their consent. The study contract is concluded with the parent or legal guardian.

The parent or legal guardian is responsible, as provided by law, for the student’s compliance with these Terms and the study rules.

We reserve the right to decline a request whose consent has not been confirmed, and to end the participation of a student who breaches these Terms or the study rules.

04Prohibited actions

Breaching the rules below may result in your access to the Website being restricted and may also entail liability under the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

When using the Website, you must not:

  • attack the Website or its infrastructure, including attempting to gain unauthorised access or to disrupt its operation
  • run automated vulnerability scans against the Website
  • carry out load or stress testing of the Website
  • collect content from the Website at scale by automated means (scraping)
  • bypass, or attempt to bypass, the Website’s security measures or access restrictions
  • use content from the Website to harm third parties

05Responsible disclosure

If you discover a vulnerability on the Website, please report it to us through the channels listed in the Contact section below.

This section does not authorise testing of the Website or of Falcon Academy infrastructure and does not lift the restrictions in the “Prohibited actions” section. Reporting a vulnerability does not in itself entitle you to a reward.

When reporting a vulnerability, please:

  • describe the issue and how to reproduce it in enough detail for us to verify it
  • do not access, copy, alter or delete data that does not belong to you
  • do not disclose information about the vulnerability publicly or to third parties until we have had a reasonable time to fix it
  • do not use the vulnerability to disrupt the Website or for any other purpose

06Educational nature of offensive-security content

Some Falcon Academy programmes cover offensive-security techniques, such as penetration testing and network attacks. This content is provided solely for educational purposes: to understand how attacks work and to build effective defences.

All techniques taught may be used only in Falcon Academy labs or on systems whose owner has given written authorisation.

Using these techniques against systems without such authorisation may constitute an offence. Any illegal use is prohibited and is the sole responsibility of the person who commits it; Falcon Academy is not responsible for such use.

Where the student is under 18, responsibility for such use lies, as provided by law, with the student and/or their parent or legal guardian.

If such use comes to light, Falcon Academy may end the student’s participation in the programme and, where the law requires, inform the competent authorities.

07Intellectual property

The texts, design, logo, images and other materials on the Website belong to Falcon Academy or Falcon Security, or are used on a lawful basis, and are protected by law.

You may quote materials from the Website provided that you include an active link to the source page.

Any other use, including copying, modifying or distributing the materials, or using the Falcon Academy and Falcon Security names and logos, requires the right holder’s prior written consent.

08Links to the platform and third-party sites

The Website contains links to the Falcon Academy platform (account.falcon-academy.com and platform.falcon-academy.com). Use of the platform is governed by its own terms of use and privacy policy.

The Website may also contain links to third-party sites and services, such as social networks and Telegram. We do not control these resources and are not responsible for their content, availability or data-handling practices. Their use is subject to their own terms.

09Limitation of liability

The Website and its content are provided “as is”. We try to keep the information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, accurate or current, or that the Website will operate without interruptions or errors.

To the extent permitted by law, Falcon Academy is not liable for any loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Website, from reliance on information published on it, or from the use of third-party sites and services.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

10Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Disputes are first resolved through negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it will be heard by a court in Tashkent in accordance with the procedure established by law, unless mandatory rules of law provide otherwise.

11Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date of the current version is shown at the top of the page, and material changes are announced on the Website.

By continuing to use the Website after an updated version is published, you accept the updated Terms.
